Telphin already had a solid client base due to many years of experience in the Russian Telecom Services Market (founded back in 2003) when it turned to UCOM4B (called RingMe at that time).

Telphin's key goal was to find a modern and flexible technical white label solution to replace its existing PBX platform installed back in 2008.
